To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是夜口痕, 在電氣道上走著, 行過燒味鋪就去整些叉燒回家加菜。 說是自家工場燒製的, 也無論深究, 反正我是信了。說了要一個骨 (都不知買燒味有沒有這樣叫法的) , 總之阿叔給我切了條出來入盒就是這樣子了。這裡盛惠 38 元, 也許是例牌的價錢。因應為看來未足半斤的份量。蜜汁很多, 沒有太多肥肉和燶的地方。肉質尚算鬆化, 肉的纖維不會黏到一口都是。起碼比起某些聲稱專賣燒味的連鎖店還好。有時平平淡淡便是好, 當然有機會也會想吃到可以寫出來晒命的叉燒的, 且看我的食緣吧。

蜜汁很多, 沒有太多肥肉和燶的地方。肉質尚算鬆化, 肉的纖維不會黏到一口都是。起碼比起某些聲稱專賣燒味的連鎖店還好。
