Popinjay迎來新主廚 - Chef Lexine 坐陣,當年英女皇壽宴亦由佢策劃 ,今日專登嚟食佢設計嘅全新 Dinner Menu。前菜先點即開生蠔 ,啖啖肉好飽滿。靚仔Bar Tender ,更即席炮製Cocktail 。GREEN PEA MOUSSE,松露片散發出濃郁松露香氣 ,青豆mousse 細滑 ,配上重味嘅羊奶酪忌廉味道出奇地夾。LOBSTER RAVIOLI,RAVIOLI外層厚薄適中 ,加上魚子醬更顯高貴。啖啖鮮味龍蝦 ,配埋生薑濃湯。GRILLED WAGYU BEEF STRIPLION烤澳洲和牛西冷 ,呈粉嫩顏色 ,肉味濃香。配上油封大蒜汁 ,味道相當好。BLACK TRUFFLE ROCAMADOUR CHEESE FONDUE黑松露味嘅芝士火鍋相當軟滑,以不同配料點芝士來吃 ,滋味十足。
