To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一太興集團旗下餐廳，品質都算有保證。一行兩人平日約7點去到，唔使等位都算正常。我地叫左鹽酥雞麵，白苦瓜鳳梨湯($58)，一杯水果茶($35)同芒果多士($79)鹽酥雞麵，芫茜夠多湯底都好香，但炸雞就發現有兩塊淨係得雞皮🤢 水果茶無特別多士係好味既，因為無特別同waiter講要後上，佢又無問，所以落完柯打一陣就上左枱，搞到要甜食食先。😑見到新餐牌佢多左幾款湯既選擇，仲可以加$20配餐，不過太飽淨叫左個湯。個湯反而有驚喜，d雞好滑，菠蘿好甜，白苦瓜我地就唔識欣賞喇，雖然呢個係雞湯，但唔會有好多雞油，好清好好味，推薦！
