To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直很恨食雞煲, 到現在也一次都未吃過, 真是枉為openrice食家了! 現在大家樂也有類似的東東, 就先試一下.雲川牛坑腩鍋($59)- 就是雞煲的牛腩版, 價錢以大家樂來說, 真是豪氣的選擇, 但我們兩個人分著吃, 每人都是30元左右, 都算是合理的定價. 在初春廿多度的氣溫底下, 伴著酒精爐把牛腩鍋慢慢加熱, 不得不佩服我們香港人的抗熱能力(只限打邊爐時).打開鍋蓋, 湯底中有無數的牛腩在飄浮, 份量OK吧! 根據介紹, 湯底加入了雲南紹通醬, 帶紅油的顏色, 貌似很辣, 但實質一點也不辣, 味道有點像柱候醬, 味濃而鹹香, 但味精感重, 要灌大量汽水才行. 而且湯底中, 油脂上下浮沉, 卡路里少不了!根據介紹, 牛坑腩來自牛胸前八節肋骨部位, 用料也蠻講究的. 將牛坑腩切丁, 口感不錯, 而且, 肉質果然夠鬆軟. 肉味也ok.附上菜籃, 有紅薯粉, 薯仔, 秀珍菇等, 份量一個人會嫌多, 兩個人會嫌少, 很矛盾是嗎? 紅薯粉煙煙韌韌, 配合鹹到過火的南通醬湯底也挺搭配. 薯仔, 秀珍菇普普通通, 如果菇類可多些款式更能突顯雲南食物的特色. 至於唐生菜就不行了! 邊位暗黑, 來
