To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

13-10-2005為何這裏的食評咁差呢? 可能大家叫的食物不同吧! 通常我們會叫炸雞翼、燒賣同一碟炒粉/麵之類。隔了很久才來一次,為的是很想念燒賣與雞翼的美味,可惜發覺雞翼已經今非昔比了,希望燒賣不會是同樣吧!今次見到有新出品,以我的一貫作風一定會叫來試試的,我們叫了蒜椒香辣炒魚麵($45),聽到魚麵這個字都幾吸引,但頗貴,不算大碟一個人也可吃掉。我估可能魚麵較貴,所以材料比麵多很多,初初還以為係青椒肉絲原來是叉燒、冬菇絲與火腿絲加埋黑椒去炒﹐唔會太辣﹐不會話太油喎! 而材料好似星洲料,魚麵唔錯幼細,有少少魚味﹐可能有黑椒食不到太濃的魚味! 這款幾有新鮮感。
