To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說三哥新出咗個「酸辣撈薯粉」同「蜜桃乳酸」，我又忍唔住走去食🙈.🔸 酸辣撈薯粉酸辣撈薯粉配上三哥特創既酸辣汁夠哂惹味😋，辣度最少要由五小辣起🌶，食到我流哂大汗🥵，一試難忘🤭入面既薯粉、雲耳同豬耳口感都非常爽口彈牙，尤其是個薯粉😍，煙煙韌韌咁，入面仲有青瓜絲、薄脆同芝麻，薄脆撈薯粉都係第一次試，加埋芝麻好香口，成件事好新鮮🙈.🔹蜜桃乳酸（原價$15，加配價$10）呢個真係超級正，入面有兩大舊蜜桃肉🍑，蜜桃味好夠重，加埋酸酸甜甜既乳酸，解辣之選🤪
