To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要介紹既譚仔新出既食物——溏心蛋+炸腐皮卷千其唔好問點解我成日介紹炸物，因為我真係好鍾意食香口/脆既野食。譚仔三哥既食物都唔洗我多介紹，大家一定好熟不過介紹新食物前都比我輕輕講下少少野先啦我個人黎講覺得譚仔既麻辣係三哥比唔上既佢既麻係會令人上引不過三哥既重慶酸辣係好食過譚仔既酸辣至於我必點既墨魚丸-》鍾意食既人就會知道兩間係有少少分別而我比較鍾意食偏向花枝丸既口感🙊即係邊間？等大家自己去feel下講到新食物溏心蛋——譚仔既溏心蛋係辣麻味既不過呢.....味道伏到一個點....係頂點完全係......唔係我鍾意既溏心蛋麻辣溏心蛋完全唔match至於素菜卷係好正常既味道，麻辣味唔重感覺同腐皮卷一樣，不過麻辣味唔強失望😞不過呢。佢既番茄湯底係好食既要讚一讚一開始見fb咁多人要求佢全日供應所以比面試一試好香番茄味，仲可以簡辣度適合我呢d愛辣人士
