To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2021年7月7日 晴今日同男朋友試三哥ge 新口味 - 煳麻湯魚爽肚米線。叫左特辣，同平時一樣咁辣。魚爽肚有7舊，真係好爽。仲有個芥末魚籽雪魚滑豆卜就有三粒，入口淋淋地有d wasabi 味。整體呢個新口味冇之前鴨血咁出色，試過就算了。仲叫左佢個香烤芝脆豆腐餅。一碟$15 有兩塊好好食，有驚喜。個汁有dd 似章魚丸d 汁，塊餅外脆肉軟，仲有d 芝士粒咁，食到好開胃好想繼續食多幾塊綜合黎講個魚爽肚可以唔洗特別試，但個豆腐餅一定要食啊！
