To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為香港人我最喜歡的簡單快餐來說，譚仔三哥一定是頭三甲吧，偶然都會試試餐廳新出的菜單，但這一次新出的菜單，真的很中我的最愛🤤🤤🤤🤤我平時都很喜歡吃酸的食物，這個酸菜湯好Duck Duck 米線湯底味道很夠酸，很開胃，滿滿的酸菜和酸豆角，我點了中辣，又酸又辣太讚了！真希望永續這個湯底🥲🥲我超愛的！配料有煙燻鴨胸和鴨腎花，爽脆的鴨腎花口感挺好的另外點了新的特飲黑芝麻奶蓋豆乳特飲，冰度和甜度都固定，有點太甜了，黑芝麻味都有點淡，一般般
