To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去鑽石山睇戲,睇完戲巳經係晚飯時間,於是我地開始搵嘢食,最後,我地揀咗呢間主打新加坡菜既餐廳。一人自選套餐:主菜+小食+飲品主菜:慢煮新加坡無骨海南雞飯:雞肉肉質嫩滑多汁,無雪味,配埋個三色醬,三種味道,輪住黎點,油飯香氣十足。試埋南乳雞翼先,鹹香得黎唔會覺得油膩,咬落去脆卜卜,好好食。酸菜湯菜肉餃子紅薯粉 :菜肉餃子邊緣煎過,咬口硬身咗小小,至於紅薯粉煮得太冧,咬口唔算彈牙,同埋餐上寫住「挑戰你嘅辣味」,今個晚餐好人以挑戰失敗囉。小食㨂左福建香雞肉卷(2件),口感都算ok 既。凍桔仔特飲好新鮮,好好飲。南洋藥膳肉骨茶(1客) : 湯底濃郁,藥材味較濃,豬骨味較淡。馬拉盞炒通菜:成個通菜用石頭鍋盛載住,熱辣辣。
