To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得同男朋友放假一齊撐枱腳，揀咗厚福街呢間由酒店主廚處理嘅西餐廳一入門口留底又高又舒服，座位之間都寬闊，我哋揀咗窗邊位可以望住厚福街嘅景色。嗌完嘢食之後先送上麵包盤，有牛油同埋果jam，搽落牛角包度真係一流，男朋友就鍾意食脆脆嘅麵包條。男朋友最愛嘅青口，見到即刻嗌，非常新鮮，啲汁好味到用餐前嘅麵包點晒嚟食。粒粒都飽滿肉嫩嘅青口！龍蝦意粉有半隻，肉質爽彈同樣新鮮，龍蝦意粉醬汁清爽唔膩，我哋兩個爭崩頭咁食。主菜仲叫咗個豬扒，本身都好驚豬扒會鞋，但係非常多汁，配菜嘅蔬菜煮得啱啱好有啲驚喜。煮得啱啱好粉嫩嘅豬扒，直頭連骨都咬埋。
