To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔食得多，算係半個粉絲，近期賣恆廣告新出左隻撈酸辣薯粉。終於試左，依個價錢就一般啦，勝在唔洗加錢加送都有基本的材料：豬耳、木耳、薄脆⋯同埋都有青瓜絲、蔥碎，莞茜，撈完係香味好足！賣相唔錯！不過原來係撈熱辣辣的薯粉，最初以為係涼拌，點知愈食愈辣！個酸辣味就好一般，陳醋酸味搶哂，辣味就得個辣字！加上譚仔的薯粉真係唔係重慶酸辣果種，所以口感係差少少。不過都算係新野，可以再改良下！改良成功應該都令人會間中轉口味！
