To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天放假出来逛街，最近有点迷上米线，之前在云南经常吃，所以特别能吃辣，今天中午过来的，点了一份新品套餐，麻辣猪软骨和猪皮米线，我后加了墨鱼圆和猪肝，饮料点了一杯冰美式咖啡，单独加了一份四川麻辣鸡翅，米线点的小辣，个人感觉味道还可以，小辣刚刚好，香港人一般不怎么能吃辣，估计都是点小小辣，加的配菜几块钱但是份量还是比较足，鸡翅也味道可以，整体体验不错，这样一套消费102港币吃得饱饱的，你们觉得可以不？我是比较推荐大家过来尝尝
