同事知道尖沙咀黑木有串燒Omakase,約我放工去試吓,串燒食得多,食廚師發板嘅串燒都係第一次,我都想見識一下!天氣熱,入座後先來杯冰凍啤酒解解喝!等待廚師為我們製作串燒時,先食點前菜小食,鱈魚乾脆卜卜,味道香甜,送啤酒一流!沙律有魚生、瓜、蔬菜,既清新又爽口。水雲口感黏滑,混合日本醋作冷盤,酸酸地幾開胃!用松葉蟹做甲羅燒,高級又高質,松葉蟹膏、蟹肉加埋味噌,邊燒邊伴均勻,就咁食超鮮甜,配多士食多咗脆口感!燒雞翼上檯時,廚師先提示要食咗綠色的辣椒先再食雞翼,辣椒燒得好香,唔係好辣,雞翼燒得皮脆肉嫩好入味。燒雞肉棒配溫泉蛋,將雞肉與雞軟骨攪碎,做成肉棒,再以自家製醬汁調味,混合温泉蛋汁來吃,加倍可口。串燒牛舌、鰻魚、豬腩肉,我比較鍾意豬腩肉,因為加左蝦醬,食落爽口惹味。將燒香的米餅放入昆布湯,米餅索左清湯,口感煙韌味道香甜,再加上舞茸菇,更加美味可口!用冧酒燒菠蘿,菠蘿表面燒過有蕉糖,脆脆地,菠蘿清甜又多汁,
