To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在灣仔shopping，無意間發現這間新開張的茶餐廳，門口有Kelly、側田等送來的花牌。於是入內試試，餐廳牆上有一塊大白板，上有很多歌星的簽名。四周亦放有張國榮、梅艷芳、呂方和杜德偉等的舊唱片封面。我們2人都要營養餐，凍奶茶用不銹鋼杯盛載，入口香滑，炒蛋、火腿和多士都和澳洲牛奶一樣。以後可多一間好地方飲奶茶了。吃下午茶時，還見有位記者正在訪問一位小姐（聽說她是老板娘），另一位就四周影相。
