話說又到咗我地食每個月嘅紀念飯時間,但我地真係好鬼怕新城巿廣場間間餐廳無論係平日定係假日都會同你講限時,真係無乜癮。誰知呢間餐廳嘅經理就同我地講唔限時,本來我望一望係Parkview,心裡面都沉一沉,因為之前係Pokka Cafe,都真係唔係太好食,不過經理話最近轉咗手,噢~ really ?  咁真係要試下先知俾大家睇咗個餐牌先。其實同之前個價位唔差得太遠,我同外子就先點咗個湯,本來係想點有酥皮,點知個侍應同我地講,已經斷哂貨! what?! 一個酥皮湯竟然可以做到斷貨,我下次一定會再嚟試不過呢個葵花籽蟹肉忌廉南瓜湯都唔差,真係每一啖都有蟹肉,好鬼誇張! 另外,個餐包都係值得一讚,因為之前嚟Parkview個包係硬架! 今次係熱辣辣、軟呼呼~~~ 由於見到餐牌有澳洲M5和牛肉眼扒(12oz) 推介,所以就點咗個餐嚟食。佢地處理7成熟做得好好,仲係見到有少少粉紅色,令到口感唔鞋口,呢樣真係會好影響個肉質。食得紅肉都唔怕開多枝酒,呢度有2百幾, 3百幾同4百幾一枝,最後我揀咗3百幾嗰枝酒,入口都幾fruity~ 外子特別叫咗個慢煮黑毛豬鞍,店員特別同我地講,由於真係慢煮,起碼要20-30

我最想讚嘅係呢個青口,每一啖都有香草嘅醬料,而且入口無乜海水味道,都算係好聰明地用香草嚟蓋咗陣味道,而且肉質有嚼勁,味道鮮甜。

甜品我揀咗呢件new york cheese ,因為佢賣相真係好靚,襯埋係鍚紙上面,就好似扇貝一樣咁靚。入口唔會好似有啲餐廳咁雪到硬哂,餐廳好識得處理,仲係保持到有少少軟身,食完都唔覺漏。
