廟街是香港最有特色的街道之一,遊人如鯽。好久沒去過,今晚重遊舊地,發覺變化很多,但卻好像又了無新意,已沒有以前般吸引。逛完後,就到附近炮台街找吃,即以前所謂的新填地附近,發現有間仿似地道老店,叫飯飯店,有地道小菜、招牌小炒、煲仔菜和海鮮等供應。店鋪裝飾簡單,十足地道老店。簡單點了蜜椒脆皮德國豬手 ($168)加和味雞煲 ($128半隻)。蜜椒脆皮德國豬手,份量十足,原隻豬手夠大隻。豬手外皮焗到金黃鬆脆,外皮、脂肪和嫩肉層次分明。入口外皮鬆脆 ,脂肪和嫩肉味道融為一體,肉香四溢。再配桂花蜜醬汁,十分好味。和味雞煲半隻都好大堆頭,大黑鐵煲配以石油氣爐溫火暖著,雞件大大件件,面頭舖滿芫荽,配料還有洋蔥,芫荽和洋蔥的蔥香,加上雞件散發的油香,十分惹味。雞肉亦相當嫩滑,肉汁豐富,完全發揮地道雞煲的味道。
