To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假天, 想食TEA, 就打算試試屯門重新開的元氣壽司。由一樓的普通元氣, 升到上三樓的新幹線元氣, 當然要去玩玩啦~當日大約等了20分鐘就可以入座, 座位是最近廚房的, 所以很多車在旁邊飛過呢~新幹線盡量減少人手, 所以落單都是用PAD的!PAD比較清晰易明, 價錢數量都有顯示, 很好!但感覺上總類好像比較少......點餐後, 等了一會, 我們的專車到達了比我想像中落後的事, 我以為車會跟據重量, 發現沒有承重後, 會自己返回廚房。但原來, 是要手動, 按制的..............味道, 是不錯的啦, 但魚生有點凍, 而烏冬亦比較少, 所以是下午茶的好選擇!而要飽肚當然可以, 但要預備多些錢啦~
