由於現今無法擺婚宴,唯有少少人,出席完律師証婚的儀式後,依規矩4人一圍吃餐飯。為方便及衞生起見,全都是分餸個別一位位上。江南小品:一碟上各有一件,分別蜜汁叉燒:軟綿juice、冰燒三層肉:皮脆肉鬆、南翔小籠包:可能因要分餸放久了,皮有些乾,但仍算皮薄多汁。西洋菜煲生魚,湯清味濃甜。如意吉祥炒帶子,蘆筍炒帶子,幼身蘆筍爽夾脆,清甜。XO醬蛋白蒸海斑片,位位原碟蒸,蛋白滑溜溜,海斑片鮮味。醬油脆皮燒雞,皮薄脆,肉嫰多汁。上湯浸莧菜,開初想好似唔係季節喎!可能會唔太好吃,點知原來是只取萈菜最嫩的部分來做,好味到想encore。粒粒西施泡飯,利苑著名菜式,可惜今次有些失手,做得個湯太鹹了,蓋過了鮮味。金絲翠麻花,鬆脆入口即溶。擂沙湯丸,即做好,外層糯米糍軟軟綿綿微暖,黑芝麻流心餡,好好味呀!生果,金奇異果超甜。
