今次介紹吓未必太多人識嘅一間荃灣西中日式創意fusion菜cafe — Peko Peko Eatery 👅 餐廳走休閒路線,木系氛圍時尚得嚟有一種溫馨感。餐廳幾光猛,想吹吓風亦都可以坐佢哋嘅 outdoor seating,望住嗰海嘆嘢食。 ⁣⁣SUPERFOOD 沙律 🥗 ($148)⁣有幾款沙律全部都好色彩繽紛🌈,有啲 fruity 啲嘅,水果主題,但個人都系鍾意煙三文魚多啲。擺盤將三文魚擺到好似玫瑰花咁,份量算多,係一個 refreshing starter~ ⁣海膽忌廉餅 🍘 ($88)⁣忌廉餅似 Bar snack 經常會食到嘅 croquettes,炸得香脆但乾身唔油膩😙,外層唔會過厚,做到流心效果,餡料好 creamy、口感細滑 👍🏻 顏色係海膽嘅signature橙黃色,雖然海膽味唔算明顯,但可以一試 ⁣扇貝.明太子意粉 🍝 ($128)⁣呢個明太子意粉 CP 值高 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻系非常濃郁 +  漿口嘅明太子醬,唔會好水咁樣。意粉軟硬同掛汁度都啱啱好。系非常飽滿嘅一款意粉,上枱時好精緻咁放咗少少黑色魚子醬 🙇🏻‍♀️,仲有唔少嘅三文魚籽同埋一堆半熟帶子。帶子煮得真係啱啱

其實細閱佢哋嘅 Menu 發現佢哋都幾多特別嘅第二度搵唔到嘅 signature dish 😃 眼花繚亂~ 呢個和風八爪魚比較 gimmicky 嘅嘢,擺盤好豐富好似一幅畫咁 🏞️。八爪魚腳其實偏纖細,唔系好似人哋西餐巨型嗰啲 😂 但煮得真係軟身而又彈牙嘅。同嗰汁都幾夾,一啲都唔 heavy。最驚喜嘅其實系嗰和風醬油😋,系一種秘製嘅芥末汁,酸酸甜甜好有辨識度 ⁣

焗釀鵝肝雞卷 🍖 ($188)⁣
鵝肝同雞呢個配搭真係唔常見。其實鵝肝就真係收得太埋 😅,食完都唔肯定係咪捲咗入中間 😂 雞肉煮得有啲過熟,少少鞋唔夠嫩滑。菜式系幾有新意嘅,但烹調技巧有待改善 ⁣

知道友人 C 鐘意食 creme brulee 就提議嗌呢件 cake 做甜品作結~ 對呢件 cake 嘅印象唔太深,系好食嘅,幾香濃,有啲似 custard mousse,但就只有一小塊,比較的式
