龍年第一次相聚的日子,相約食我哋喜歡的日式料理,清淡得來好味。12時多到了「十和田」等一陣就可以入座。選了一個又清爽又甜美的「凡立貝松葉蟹丼」配麵豉湯和茶碗蒸,厚厚而鮮美的凡立好彈牙,微鹹又晶瑩的三文魚子粒起了提鮮的作用,松葉蟹腳肉鋪滿整個飯面下面還有幾片紫菜,赤醋飯有色有香味,一次過食到不同的質感。「豬軟骨稻庭烏冬」配壽司先上兩件三文魚壽司,燒汁豬軟骨烏冬,豬軟骨經長時間炆煑,好入味又鬆軟,軟骨可以容易咬碎還帶點醬油香甜味。十和田的烏冬好有QQ的口感,連肉汁一起進食好好味。我哋兩個都想新年食啲糕點,「燒薯蓉芝心年糕」唔會好油膩,軟糯的外皮包着溶化的芝士,太好吃了,還有應吓節。

「豬軟骨稻庭烏冬」配壽司
先上兩件三文魚壽司,燒汁豬軟骨烏冬,豬軟骨經長時間炆煑,好入味又鬆軟,軟骨可以容易咬碎還帶點醬油香甜味。十和田的烏冬好有QQ的口感,連肉汁一起進食好好味。
