每年年初一例必要到鰂魚涌,因為我外母一家要同她的細佬(即將我老婆舅父)團拜,而由於康怡附近的酒樓,好難在年初一早上訂位,所以我們都會揀這間位於地庫的酒家飲茶,估唔到它由原本兩間鋪,擴張到4、5間鋪。由於表弟先到,所以一切都由他揸主意,他叫了點心和炒粉麵。咸水角-皮厚餡少,一般。煎腸粉-煎得幾香👍蘿蔔糕-味道一般,粉比較蘿蔔多炸兩味道一般粉果-無味叉燒包-皮厚餡少蛋黃流沙包-蛋黃味好淡,粉漿好多。馬拉糕-好鬆軟XO醬煎腸粉-冇XO醬味,煎得幾香山竹牛肉-比較彈牙,同好味👌瑤柱乾燒伊面-瑤柱好少,伊麵炆得幾淋黑松露炒飯-冇黑松露味,炒飯一般。整體點心味道麻麻,炒粉麵一般,其實唔想黎,因為冇得揀。由於表弟請,因此不知道幾錢,我諗年初一飲茶,十幾人起碼千七以上😅
