To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 新年做節，屋企人買咗個盆菜同埋冷盤，好多嘢食，七個人都食唔晒，起碼10幾個人食先食得晒有鮑魚，冬菇，雞，瑤柱，蝦，我最鍾意食嘅八爪魚，又有栗子，又有福袋，又有分提，蘿蔔，芋頭等.....味道OK ,大家樂難食得去邊，個煆好好食，有汁，好入味，一年一次，買一個已經夠晒，不過最好用火爐，電磁爐唔得
