新一年食一餐好既係迎接2019既來臨🥳!平時好少去逐碟計錢既火鍋餐廳食飯,以往都係食任飲任食比較多,加上食左素大半年,最近一星期有兩日轉返食肉,所以真係好耐無食過高級肉食😎今日終於去左尖沙咀寶勒巷既大一海鮮火鍋料理食好西。1. 金湯腿翅鍋 5.0/5.0 $399聽老闆講係用36個月既西班牙風乾火腿同老雞熬足24個鐘,材料既精華滲透晒入湯裡面,鮮味十足,未食就已經聞到果陣雞香味流哂口水🤤2. 大一花甲皇蟹鍋 2.0/5.0 $349好重胡椒味,驅風一流,雖然我鍾意胡椒味,胡椒豬肚湯更係我既至愛,不過呢個鍋既胡椒味就真係重左少少,掩蓋左蟹肉既鮮味🙈3. 極上魚生拼盤 3.5/5.0 $699打卡一流既魚生拼盤,一嚟到就好似置身於仙境咁,乾冰令魚生添上唔少”鮮”氣,唯獨份量大少,每款魚生基本上得三件,一家四口都唔夠分👨‍👩‍👧‍👦4. 本地黑毛豬腩片 4.0/5.0 $239 幼嫩既黑毛豬腩片入口即溶,肥瘦啱啱好。另外睇得出廚房師傅手勢都好好,偏偏切到一模一樣咁薄,刀架十足😎👍🏾5. 黑松露帶子餃 3.5/5.0 $129一咬開粒餃子就見到好多好多黑色一點點既黑松露,入面亦有唔少蔬菜,鍾意

一咬開粒餃子就見到好多好多黑色一點點既黑松露,入面亦有唔少蔬菜,鍾意食餃子既人可以一試😋
6. 鵝肝墨魚丸 4.5/5.0 $149
墨魚丸基本上係每次打邊爐必食嘅其中一樣丸類,估唔到入面加埋鵝肝就可以令到成件事咁高級,本身以為鵝肝會少到睇唔到,但咬咗三分二之後仲見到大大粒鵝肝企左係入面等住我去食佢😆
