有同事試過佢的XO醬炒蘿蔔糕同松露蛋多士,話幾正又有香港懷舊口味,又近我公司,就趁新年試佢的《老祖‧ 秘傳瑤柱蘿蔔糕》$168,拎起上黎好重手㗎有850g,因為用咗法式陶瓷盤裝,外層有真空包裝,放雪櫃可以擺耐啲,最外面有冷藏袋包住,行耐咗都唔怕。包裝非常得體,好啱用黎送禮,法式陶瓷盤可以重用。切的時候可以直接用個陶瓷盤切成細細份,長條一口的大細,方便進食。蘿蔔糕的用料十足,糕面有大量瑤柱,內裡當然唔少得蝦乾同臘肉。臘肉切得很幼細,蘿蔔切到一絲一絲,睇到製作者的刀工。蘿蔔糕都好挺身,易切又易煎,唔會整到爛哂,上碟時仲可以保持佢的賣相。蘿蔔糕唔使加調味醬都已經好夠味,但新年都會食糕食到悶,呢款蘿蔔糕好啱加上辣醬同蒜片再炒香食,增加佢的風味。下次黎要試下佢個古法瀨粉同其他食品!
