To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上環有一間日系cafe推出左新年限定特飲！係超級可愛嘅3D貓貓達摩😍見餐牌仲有招財貓超可愛… 初初以為凍飲同熱飲分別係招財貓同埋達摩貓，但原來唔係咁運作🥲比左兩隻一樣嘅我🥲紅棗拿鐵冇咩紅棗味都係普通咖啡熱🤔奶蓋水蜜桃紅茶比較味道清甜，配搭綿密奶蓋唔錯👍🏻食物方面全部賣相都好吸引不過份量偏細…壽喜燒牛肉忌廉飯口感似risotto😂蟹肉蒟蒻麵係冷麵黎，啖啖蟹肉加埋彈牙蒟蒻麵都幾好食🦀甜品試左個新年限定嘅大福烏龍巴斯克芝士蛋糕🍰大福口感煙韌不過個人覺得有d太多😅 就咁食個烏龍芝士蛋糕更加好食，茶味濃郁，口感順滑！餐廳位置唔多，建議預先預約！有榻榻米位置打卡都唔錯！
