農曆年又到了,轉工後超忙,實在沒時間蒸糕或做其他賀年食品,所以特地煮了兩頓團年飯。為了省時,每頓都有一道現成的菜式,這頓就選了車品品的干邑紅燒大連吉品鮑。雖然店方使用養殖的鮮鮑,鮑味不算重,但口感爽滑,加上干邑紅燒汁,真是好吃得很,而且做法也很簡單,蒸熱鮑魚後放生菜面,干邑紅燒汁加生粉水煮稠淋上鮑魚即可。
