To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上網見到cafe marco有7折，仲要有長者優惠，所以去試下，於是訂枱，但訂完枱後上網見到食評麻麻，同環境唔係咁好，諗緊會唔會中伏想轉陣，但見老人家想去，最終都係照去。當日我地去到就差唔多開始lunch buffet，仲有時間俾我影幾張靚相。Cafe Marco食物區比較細，食物唔算多，但應有既都有，刺身壽司區（確實唔算新鮮，所以無上），沙律，燒烤，海鮮，甜品等都有，但食物款式只有幾款，味道正常，唔算突別好味。個人比較喜歡佢地既中東燒雞，雞肉燒到岩岩好香嫩多汁，另外甜品區有個桶仔豆腐花，都ok，口感軟滑。環境算係整潔，地板都無痴笠笠既感覺。整體上以3百幾蚊既buffet質素，只可以話正常水平。
