To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這食評是追溯29-9-2019，當時還未建立這餐廳資料因而直至現在才能上載。話說與鄰舖意樂同是某某飲食集團旗下，終於在啟德發展區插旗，並已新開張數天，於是趁著假期捉家人去踩踩場。去到啟朗苑已感到人頭湧湧，好像住啟德餓了食肆很久那樣，都一窩蜂的衝向百份百（當時意樂還未開張）。11:30左右，自取座位票大概等了15分鐘就入座，餐廳呈長形，座位不多很易飽和，點了個魚片湯米線、咖哩牛坑腩飯加杯熱朱古力，上菜需時約15分鐘。魚片湯米線就普通粉麵一碗，家人不舒服清清地食一餐是可以；至於咖哩坑腩飯就正好相反，第一，辣到跳舞，我估計有中辣，因我邊吃邊抹汗；第二，感覺不到腩有坑的感覺，咬起來和普通牛腩沒分別，和某些專做崩沙腩、坑腩的粉麵舖沒法比。就是地方始終簇新，加上4人卡座靠邊是落地玻璃有啲view，稱得上坐得舒適那樣罷，加上住啟朗苑附近又不想行太遠去晴朗商場搵食叫做踢對拖鞋落街方便啲。
