相信近日城中焦點,一定係大圍火車站上蓋的圍方,具體數字講亦無用,總之一個字~[大],但整體感覺好似去左深圳地鐵沿線商場。今次去了位於三樓的[御•家上海],雖然11點半先營業,但門前早已聚了30幾人,看來懂門路的不少。開味前菜手撕鹹雞拌海蜇*原來雞肉的醃製及煙燻,都是由大廚一手一腳homemade,咸香中有陣陣煙燻香氣,而海蜇條亦非常爽彈。淮揚五福拼盤當中包括了正中的醉雞、烤麩、肴肉、海蜇頭及煙燻魚,都是常見的餐前開胃菜。荔枝蝦球*賣相形神俱似,尤其是色澤更是神似,蝦膠的外層一粒粒的是脆米,脆口彈牙好有特色。江河海鮮八寶肉餅蒸膏蟹*賣相超澎湃,首先係蟹選得好,隻隻爆膏,肉餅鬆軟,而且內裡更混和了蟹膏,口感豐腴,用來配白飯無得輸。松鼠桂魚桂花魚本身肉質細嫩,清蒸都已經好好食,家陣𐝹花淋油後睇落似一條獅子魚,澆上甜酸汁就更惹味。養生湯羹蘿蔔絲鰂魚湯 (兩份)先以魚骨及豬骨熬好湯底,客人點菜時再加入鰂魚及蘿蔔絲滾至熟透,呷一口,是鮮甜得可以,個人更喜歡下點白胡椒粉來提鮮。珍味葷陳鮑魚紅燒肉 (兩份)很傳統的[濃油赤醬]風味,腩紅炆得夠稔,冰肉位入口即化,而鮑魚口感Q彈,吸收了肉汁又是令吃不停口
