To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「萬豪中菜廳」環境高雅，服務優質，食物健康味佳，係親友經常幫襯o既酒店中餐廳，細佬三年多前亦有為當時任職主廚o既葉師傅獨創o既「五行素食宴」寫下食評。今個春季碰巧長輩再次在此宴客，主廚原來已轉由年輕得多o既鄧師傅擔任，八道菜單面目全新，當真令人十分期待。秘製口水雞，涼拌海哲：第一道雙小碟中o既「秘製口水雞」調味應含花生。由於一早已跟經理哥哥講明自己對花生敏感，小肥嗰份雞就走咗口水汁，另上咗一小碟薑蓉。兩件白切雞肉已去肥去骨，軟嫩健美。涼拌海哲則香脆清爽。萬豪特色燒豬肶：整頓晚餐最精彩o既一味必選此道燒豬肶。金黃色o既豬皮燒得香脆又鬆化，豬肶肉軟潤香嫩，肉汁豐盛，且毫不油膩，點上韓式柚子汁更能吊出鮮甜，實在美妙！芙蓉金湯蒸蟹鉗：碗底o既芙蓉金湯以龍蝦精華煮出，色澤鮮美，甘香醇滑。金湯面o既蟹鉗幼嫩鮮甜，配埋個芙蓉金湯黎食，兩者互相輝映，可真細膩！花膠爵士湯：XO仔不時都會飲到以木瓜煲o既靚湯，不過選用蜜瓜燉o既爵士湯都係第一次飲。爵士湯極之甜美，滾腍咗o既蜜瓜不再黐喉，意外地好清潤。胡椒湯炆龍躉翅：經理哥哥原煲呈上龍躉翅，並強調菜式用上可持續發展o既「綠洲龍躉」，絕不影響自然環境生態，感
