疫情雖然已經消退,但兩餸飯依然受到好多人喜愛,今日返工前經過上水,發現開咗間新嘅兩餸飯店,三餸飯只係需要$35,仲有例湯送,都幾抵食。可能因為新開張嘅關係,都相當多人買,我差唔多一點半去到,已經剩返唔係好多餸可以揀,好彩仲有我最喜愛嘅蘿蔔牛腩,店員話因為一點半之後已經比較少客人,所以到晚市先會再新煮下一輪餸,確保餸菜新鮮,唔會擺成個下晝。揀咗三個餸,分別係蘿蔔牛腩、鹵水豬手及蒸雞,值得一讚嘅係餐廳會將飯同餸分開盒裝,咁就唔使驚白飯會浸滿汁啦。三款餸中最喜歡蘿蔔牛腩,煮得好淋好入味,牛腩之外仲有牛筋;雲耳蒸雞唔會太油膩,雞件都幾嫩滑,整體黎講都算滿意。

揀咗三個餸,分別係蘿蔔牛腩、鹵水豬手及蒸雞,值得一讚嘅係餐廳會將飯同餸分開盒裝,咁就唔使驚白飯會浸滿汁啦。三款餸中最喜歡蘿蔔牛腩,煮得好淋好入味,牛腩之外仲有牛筋;雲耳蒸雞唔會太油膩,雞件都幾嫩滑,整體黎講都算滿意。
