新店開張優惠，排隊排了一個小時。我一個人食，店員提議先叫一碗，叫了濃蝦汁撈粗面。蝦汁真的很杰，粗面太霖，配合起來口感不是太好，最好似沾面有碗湯。第二碗招牌蝦湯濃豬骨湯底面，蝦和豬骨味平衡，面份量一般，比較撈面可口美味。蝦面總是福建口味較好，日本麵還是傳統拉面比較合我口味。
