Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

乾炒牛河是餐廳必有之一,但所煮方式都差不多,得悉《澳門咖喱王清湯腩 》用川醬 來製作 的乾炒牛河,於是決定走一趟了。 地點位於佐敦地鐵站 c2 出口再步行2分鍾。坐了一會兒,己有很多客人包括老外! 聽職員說他回頭因為那天吃不到! 餐牌上的款式多川醬干炒牛河 $69 河粉粉得乾身,連碟底也沒有很多油。牛肉有不同部位 - 臉珠肉、坑腩、崩腩、爽腩. 老闆詳細地解說時講到爽腩口感是最啖啖肉又棯 - 於是加了 $25 多豆紅豆冰 $21 及 鮮茄濃湯$6 - 沒味精!
