罕有出現在將軍澳區,朋友約我去玉子造屋吃個飯。我們點了多款菜式,有胡麻豆腐野菜沙律、清酒煮蜆、壽喜燒、芥末八爪魚、龍蝦蟹肉親子丼,再加上柚子梳打、巨峰提子乳酸,今餐非常豐盛。我個人特別喜歡壽喜燒,醬油味湯底,邊爐方式,一直都是我的至愛。鍋裡有鳴門卷、靈芝菇、秀珍菇、粟米芯、蘿蔔、生菜、豆腐,主角當然是牛肉。另外要推介一下龍蝦親子飯,有半隻龍蝦在飯碗上,很吸睛,‘認真無得輸’,橙色的是龍蝦膏,親子飯有一層炒蛋在上面,飯底不是白飯,是炒飯,內裡不知道加了什麼,但炒得爽口,好夠味。有驚喜~很可能是店鋪主打菜。推推推~!

我個人特別喜歡壽喜燒,醬油味湯底,邊爐方式,一直都是我的至愛。鍋裡有鳴門卷、靈芝菇、秀珍菇、粟米芯、蘿蔔、生菜、豆腐,主角當然是牛肉。

另外要推介一下龍蝦親子飯,有半隻龍蝦在飯碗上,很吸睛,‘認真無得輸’,橙色的是龍蝦膏,親子飯有一層炒蛋在上面,飯底不是白飯,是炒飯,內裡不知道加了什麼,但炒得爽口,好夠味。有驚喜~很可能是店鋪主打菜。推推推~!
