之前係IG見到燒味飯都用鐵板上?好新奇有趣,慕名去試一試。一行二人,我叫了一個叉燒飯焦燒,跟飯除了有主角叉燒外,還有溫泉蛋一隻,牛油粟米及芽菜。另外叫了一個雙拼飯焦燒,燒腩仔配燒鴨,配菜同樣。我們都對食物有不錯的評價,最喜歡它的叉燒,肉質非常嫩口,又不會滿口肥膏。燒腩仔的皮意外地很脆口,燒鴨也算肉嫩入味。用鐵板上除了外觀奇特外,還令食物長時間保持熱騰騰的狀態, 燒焦的飯既香又脆。總結而言,食物非常不錯,且性價比高。在希慎廣場Food Court能找到一間新式燒味店,食物和價錢又不錯的確實不容易!
