在外飲食,尤其是人少少,或者是得一個人,整份燒味飯絕對是又快,又唔會唔好食。所以,在我的飲食誌中,廣東式的燒臘,是佔有一定地位的。這一天一下班,決定同太太出去銅鑼灣行下街,以行街為主的我們,決定找地方快快食。於是,大家都看中了希慎的 food court,而我看中的,是一間聞名已久,在中環、金鍾主打的燒味外賣店,《好燒味》(Good BBQ)。年前在朋友的 blog 看見 《女子燒味》,奇怪的名字同美妙的叉燒飯照片已經吸引住我。看多了一眼,問多了一問,才知道,正確的名字叫《好燒味》,店方只是故意把 "好" 字拆開玩文字藝術而已。本想幫太太點一份素食叉燒飯,可是當日一早已經賣晒。而我就看中了一個久違了的燒臘味道,那就是羊肉叉燒。回想當年,在深水埗某街坊酒樓試過之後,就一直未見過了。該日看見這羊肩叉燒飯,便決定一試。羊肩叉燒飯,我可以說,吃起來同一般的叉燒分別不大。只是用上了羊肩,瘦肉比較多。入口雖然夠香軟,但肉質是比較爽,吃入口更是一絲絲的。好多人都會怕羊肉羶,但此羊肉的味道係的確比豬肉的叉燒肉味重,但又未至於羶的程度。肉味好,飯味也好,只是此羊肉叉燒,肉質始終較為硬少少,而且欠了半肥瘦

羊肩叉燒飯,我可以說,吃起來同一般的叉燒分別不大。只是用上了羊肩,瘦肉比較多。入口雖然夠香軟,但肉質是比較爽,吃入口更是一絲絲的。好多人都會怕羊肉羶,但此羊肉的味道係的確比豬肉的叉燒肉味重,但又未至於羶的程度。

肉味好,飯味也好,只是此羊肉叉燒,肉質始終較為硬少少,而且欠了半肥瘦的口感,下次來,食返盒真正的叉燒飯,再評。

以質素來言,價錢略為高,飲品需要另加收費,加購的湯價錢太貴了,只有一杯仔,份量很少。外賣同堂食都用紙飯盒,好像不太環保。今日很忙很趕時間,食燒味飯就會最快捷方便,我點咗貴妃雞加燒腩仔,平時都係食開呢個,但係今日竟然俾咗個豉油雞我,同佢講話畀錯咗,個男人店員居然話係因為加咗豉油先係咁嘅樣。其實畀錯咗我唔介意,但係你居然指鹿為馬,實在不能接受,可否管理一下店員的服務品質及態度?不老實嘅店舖,一間都嫌多。

路過見到有黯然銷魂麵。應該係黯然銷魂飯嘅變奏版,亦都可以講係核蛋叉燒伴麵。黯然銷魂飯配搭嘅係煎蛋,而好燒味版本係改為核蛋---亦都即係溫泉蛋。餐廳會另外提供1包味粉去撈麵,香濃蛋黃加上惹味味粉,為麵底增添滋味。麵底本身質感都好好,唔會煮到黏住一團,口感唔錯。叉燒偏瘦但肉味搭救,叉燒外圍旁邊帶少少肥膏,不會過肥,但無咗半肥瘦嘅油脂香。不過相信係這間餐廳特色,提供相對健康菜式。見到餐牌有素叉燒,而家係beyond meat, omnipork嘅年代,下次試下假叉燒又可以有幾真先。

今天去誠品逛逛,精神上滿足了,然後就是醫肚的時候。週末午餐時間的美食廣場,全都擠滿了密密麻麻的食客,等了好一會,好不容易才找到座位。今天試下新口味的鐵板燒味飯。蜜汁叉燒(慢煮)鐵板飯+溫泉蛋$66叉燒有基本年和慢煮兩款,我選擇了慢煮叉燒。叉燒的份量十足,差不多有成十片。雖然叉燒切得唔太厚身,若有5,6mm, 但頗為大片。慢煮叉燒肉質極為軟腍juicy, 仲有少少燶邊,肉味唔太突出,但味道香甜。個人雖然偏愛傳統叉燒的厚實和嚼感,但這種新派慢煮叉燒也不錯。鐵板可不是只有賣相,它熱度十足,快快的把溫泉旦和飯拌勻,旦馬上的凝固,變成旦炒飯。軟腍叉燒配上甜粟米、芽菜和旦炒飯,就好像港版pepper lunch. , 吃到尾仍然是熱的,但缺點是鐵板底的油份唔少,吃多了,覺得有點膩。p.s, 千萬不要下所有豉油,因為豉油比較咸。鐵板燒味飯是幾新奇的,味道亦唔錯,簡單的一頓午餐,十分飽足。

新開張既時候 呢間女子燒味 真係好好味佢既叉燒 真係做到半肥廋 好香口 而且每一舊 入口 都好香 好有口感 非常懷念 果種口味 今次打算再食一次 已經做吾返之前既感覺 而且 叉燒好乾 全部廋肉 白切雞 更不用多講 無乜肉 皮多過肉 而且比少了 薑蔥整體感覺 算是跟太興的差不多 ~

之前係IG見到燒味飯都用鐵板上?好新奇有趣,慕名去試一試。一行二人,我叫了一個叉燒飯焦燒,跟飯除了有主角叉燒外,還有溫泉蛋一隻,牛油粟米及芽菜。另外叫了一個雙拼飯焦燒,燒腩仔配燒鴨,配菜同樣。我們都對食物有不錯的評價,最喜歡它的叉燒,肉質非常嫩口,又不會滿口肥膏。燒腩仔的皮意外地很脆口,燒鴨也算肉嫩入味。用鐵板上除了外觀奇特外,還令食物長時間保持熱騰騰的狀態, 燒焦的飯既香又脆。總結而言,食物非常不錯,且性價比高。在希慎廣場Food Court能找到一間新式燒味店,食物和價錢又不錯的確實不容易!

今晚趕時間又肚餓, 唯有去Hysan Food court快快解決。呢間燒味係新嘅, 好似係主打慢煮叉燒。都有聽其他人提起過。既然係咁, 同友人叫左2個雙拼飯再分享。第一個係叉燒拼貴妃雞飯。啲雞普通, 唔難食又唔係特別好味。叉燒幾好, 唔肥又唔鞋。落左一堆芝麻送飯lol 可以自己加唔同配料。第二個係叉燒搵拼燒腩仔。燒腩仔好味過貴妃雞, 而且唔肥。叉燒一樣係唔錯。加左$25要菜同湯。兩樣都唔錯。個湯標榜冇味精, 飲落都幾清。個西蘭花都係清清地。兩樣食落都幾舒服。總括黎講呢間都唔錯。想地方乾淨唔迫咁食下叉燒, 呢度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。下次再食應該唔會拼其他肉, 淨係要叉燒蛋飯夠啦。或者再加湯同菜啦~

1. It’s a really satisfying dining experience in Good BBQ concerning speed and quality of food. In Hong Kong, food courts in shopping malls could get quite busy during dinner time, and you might have to queue for some time to have your order taken, and wait for some other time before your food is prepared. However, Good BBQ offers speedy service with only one cashier. There were a few people in front of me, but from ordering to getting my food, it took about 5 minutes, which is truly amazing to me as at the same time, there were other customers getting their takeaways!

2. I paid HKD$13 to top up to this hot plate BBQ rice with the 63 degree Japanese egg, and it did not disappoint. I actually strongly recommend you to get this top up, as the hot plate makes the bottom layer of rice crispy, which is so yummy and adds extra texture to the dish. And the 63 degree egg is amazing! I love soaking rice with egg yolk. If you are like me, you know what to do.

3. The roasts are of high quality too. The roasted pork belly has really crunchy skin, yum! And the fatty layer is always so so enjoyable! Best of all, the meat is so tender! You don’t often have all three different textures in your roasted pork belly at the same time!

4. As for the roasted duck, it’s kinda bony as I didn’t choose duck leg, you can’t complain about it. But the skin is so crispy and the meat is so juicy and tender. Not bad actually!

5. For HKD$68, it’s definitely a very affordable delicious meal. A gem in the food court really!
