To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 飲茶不一定要到酒樓, 點心店也是選擇之一。這家的裝修很特別有點懷舊冰室的感覺, 顏色的搭配也很鮮艷。而在食物方面也是很有創新的特色, 但味道跟傳統酒樓點心的味道差不多, 也是吃一個新鮮感。 ♡ 一口鹹水角 $36圓形鹹水角兩粒一串, 大概魚蛋的尺寸大小。皮煙煙韌韌, 不同顏色吃出來的味道都是一樣, 而內餡正常水準。♡ 拉絲菠蘿包 $38菠蘿皮都算脆, 內餡的芝士就沒有拉絲, 是一個迷你菠蘿包, 味道跟麵包店的一樣。♡ 厚切叉燒腸粉 $42叉燒是切成一片片的厚叉燒, 口感很厚重, 還是覺得切成一粒粒碎口感比較好。♡ 懷舊燒賣 $38燒賣是傳統的豬肉燒賣, 有加到少少的蝦肉。♡ 麻辣牛肉燒賣 $38懷舊燒賣變奏版, 第一次吃牛肉燒賣, 麻辣味比較重, 所以牛肉的味道就少了。♡ 馬拉小籠包 $42小籠包的皮是咖啡色, 夾的時候要小心皮很薄, 肉汁是微微的肉骨茶的味道, 肉餡肥瘦均勻。
