大晴天的星期六,來到想試好耐的悅火食個午餐。甫入店,就覺得裝修好有驚喜,紅黑色的主調,吧枱位於正中央,放滿了時令食材和酒。吧枱對著特色Tatami 卡座,睇得出餐廳裝修好用心,還原日本味道。開業限定的2個餐,一個是$498的廚師發辦16品,另一個是$398的盧端燒12品,兩者都是每日限定20份,所以一定要一日前whatsop或電話預先訂座!師傅將我的盧端燒材料準備好,向我展示,讓我們先拍照,再拿去燒,十分貼心。最意想不到是預訂開業限定set,每人送一杯300 ML 的Sapporo和小長井生蠔,好彩有預先訂枱,不過蠔先到先得,送完就無,我地下午2點去時已經送完了!慮端燒8品包括肉5款:白鱔、牛舌、牛小排、黑毛豬及雞腿肉蔬菜3款:秋葵、小番茄、番薯仔。師傅火喉控制得實在太好,每串都燒得好好味,肉燒得juicy而蔬菜亦一啲都唔乾,好滿意,串燒送啤酒真係一流!鰹魚豆腐湯,清湯熱辣辣,暖胃一流。茶漬飯有明太子和脆米,飯煙韌有致,茶味夠,湯又熱,好好食!廚師發辦包括:沙律岩手縣仙鳳趾生蠔,鮮甜肥美。刺身三品,真鯛海膽卷好鮮甜,赤貝、北寄貝亦爽口,火炙伊佐目帶焦香。天婦羅有馬頭魚海膽,包了紫蘇葉,
