To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間大家樂今日新開張,就黎試下好唔好食...可能呢度地方唔就腳,所以人流冇美林果間新開時咁爆棚...座位仍然有剩...自己要左個鮮茄肉碎通粉+南瓜厚多士,鮮奶粟米炒蛋,脆皮腸+奶茶...鮮茄肉碎通粉:茄湯茄味幾好,但自己嫌唔夠濃...蓄茄夠酸,幾開胃...肉碎真係幾碎下,唔"un"...通粉有咬口,ok彈牙...整體唔錯...南瓜厚多士:真係幾厚下,夠脆,但有一件烘燶左少少,同埋冇乜南瓜味...麻麻...鮮奶粟米炒蛋:炒蛋裡面包住d粟米,炒蛋唔係滑蛋,同埋爛左,跌哂d粟米出黎...唔好食...脆皮腸:一般食開果d,皮都夠脆...奶茶:杯奶茶夠滑,但又係果句,奶味較重...不過都唔錯...服務就真係唔錯,店員有禮,清潔的就更加有禮,又勤力做野,不斷拖地,拖得乾乾淨淨,收人地食完的碗碟又快手,又有笑容...至於食物就有待改善...

鮮茄肉碎通粉:茄湯茄味幾好,但自己嫌唔夠濃...蓄茄夠酸,幾開胃...肉碎真係幾碎下,唔"un"...通粉有咬口,ok彈牙...整體唔錯...

南瓜厚多士:真係幾厚下,夠脆,但有一件烘燶左少少,同埋冇乜南瓜味...麻麻...

服務就真係唔錯,店員有禮,清潔的就更加有禮,又勤力做野,不斷拖地,拖得乾乾淨淨,收人地食完的碗碟又快手,又有笑容...至於食物就有待改善...
