To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Open   Rice  八折優惠，大年初四去試，算多嘢食，重點係當日只有我們一枱客，兩夫妻帶埋1歲幾嘅仔仔一齊去食。生蠔任拎。仲有應節年糕同蘿蔔糕。有我好喜歡而且自助餐比較少見嘅三文魚子壽司。雖然環境同食物都唔錯，但真心覺得$700/head  都頗貴。咖啡茶氣水任飲，仲有鮮奶可以比仔仔飲。可能只有我哋一枱客，而且過年期間，廚師們超級好禮貌。不過有樣重點，咁大間酒店竟然無nursery room , 要專登call 人開個disable toilet 比我哋同BB 換片。
