位於灣仔 QRE 樓上嘅 MOMOJEIN,喺上年年尾開業時嚟過食晚飯,對呢度嘅食物好感度都幾高。早排週末再次嚟到呢度,但呢次唔係食晚飯,而係試下佢地新出嘅韓式半自助 Brunch。呢個 Brunch 逢星期六日推出,供應時間為正午 12 點至下午 2 點 30 分,成人每位 $350,小童 $175。另加 $120 仲可以喺兩個鐘頭內 Free Flow 韓國米酒、啤酒及燒酒 Sangria,加多 $50 可以飲埋有汽酒。韓國總廚 Lim Hee Won 繼續坐鎮,開店至今都經常見佢出出入入,上至下廚下至搬貨驗貨都親力親為…可能上得韓國電視台烹飪節目多,亦不時喺電視台亮相,佢見親有人影相就會好自然擺晒甫士搏被影 XD 佢份人都好搞笑又親民,見到佢不妨撩佢傾下計,幾歡樂架 XD 而呢度個半自助餐,除左外面自助任拎嘅湯、前菜及小食等等,主菜係六選一嘅,另外仲包埋份甜品拼盤。韓國食物通常離不開牛肉,主菜韓燒牛肋肉選用上等嘅美國牛,牛肉味都幾香,咬落滑嫩,肉汁與油份足。用左秘製韓式烤汁調味,味道甜甜地,再食啖微酸嘅芫茜蘿蔔芝麻沙律,醒胃又解膩。呢條燒鯧魚都係驚喜之作,用鯧魚嘅頭尾,混合少少中
