To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一段時間沒有去元氣了，信德店通常都被我們偉大的國家人民包場，只可以用一些不正常的時段才能真正享受迴轉壽司^^今天未夠六點就去食晚餐，有遙距取票也要等位^^今晚是新春晚飯，點了不同的手握壽司，最平十元一件三文魚壽司，比平日貴少少，但肉質鮮軟，好味👍最香是天婦羅大蝦，新鮮香脆，一定要食👍👍👍至於牛肋肉，最美味，肉汁香又軟，叫完再叫👍👍👍𧐢一豪^^ 雖然和餐牌相片相差甚遠，但勝在𧐢味鮮甜👍👍👍至於最失望是蟹肉蟹子丼，太腥了，不太喜歡好彩有我喜歡的熱騰騰燉蛋，嫰滑好味👍👍👍希望下次去不用等😍
