最近確診數字回落,預約了這家銅鑼灣新開的鮨店,位置非常便利,而且好少喺Lunch都有唔少高級食材,原本$1288的晚市set折扣後$788全26品,已包括前菜、熱食、刺身、天婦羅及十貫壽司,吃到最後真的好飽,師傅講解認真,用餐體驗不俗,上菜節奏剛剛好,整體而言值得一試!海膽手卷最深刻的是採用北海道根室的溫室馬糞海膽,份量相當大方,不需醬油點綴,口感帶微甜,慢慢品嘗太幸福了鮑魚伴肝醬,磯煮3小時口感軟稔,鮑肝醬的香濃,為南非鮑魚的鮮味提升一個層次,鮑魚肉厚,看得出用心製作大拖羅,沒有筋又夠油香,巧妙夾住紫蘇葉和山葵莖可以平衡一下銀雪魚重點是比起平日的滑溜,更富油香,全因這是銀雪魚BB,炙燒使魚香更濃厚金目鯛冬天時令,要吃就是最後機會了,味清雅較淡,肉質細膩—————————————————鮨本 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣渣甸街66號亨環9樓—————————————————
