To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新款撈米線初體驗🍝

平時自己一得閒就會食譚仔，都算係油塘譚仔嘅熟客仔。今日如常去譚仔解決午餐，見到有新嘅撈米線，一於就試吓！ （平時自己都好鍾意食撈麵類）我最後叫咗呢款新米線，二小辣！另外加咗個豬肚絲。可能叫呢款嘅人唔多，又正正Lunch時間，所以都等咗幾個字。米線一嚟到嘅時候，第一個比我嘅感覺就係：外觀唔太討好…不過唔緊要，未到先至係王道。喺味道方面，我覺得炸醬嘅味好香，同撈米線個感覺好配合，再加上有少少酸菜，有酸辣嘅感覺，感覺幾新鮮。不過辣度唔太夠，始終我只係叫二小辣。如果大家食得辣的話，試嘅時候不妨叫辣D。總括來講，我覺得個味道唔錯，推薦大家試。

 可能叫呢款嘅人唔多，又正正Lunch時間，所以都等咗幾個字。
米線一嚟到嘅時候，第一個比我嘅感覺就係：外觀唔太討好…不過唔緊要，未到先至係王道。
