又係一班人聚埋,最好食餐飽嘅時間。一坐低就嚟個杏汁豬肺湯,嘩!真係潤到入心。今次食客家菜,到粉嶺新漢記,當然要試出晒名的走地雞,皮薄無脂肪,肉質有趙口,還有淡淡的雞味。老闆話今日有野生黃鱲倉,提議用豆泡豆角炆,鮮甜美味,果真無介紹錯。客家菜怎可缺少炆豬腩肉,另叫了炆鴨,個人比較喜歡豬腩肉,雖然吃了比較有罪惡感。再來清清地炒什菜,一點也不敷衍,炒得爽爽的。另一味老媽子釀苦瓜亦做得出色,苦瓜一點也不苦,甘甘的味道配合釀豬肉,又可送兩碗飯。以鮑汁鵝掌麵埋尾,麵吸盡鮑汁精華,令人回味。
