To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間「家傳滬曉」上海菜館位於九龍美孚曼克頓山私人屋苑旁,在美孚區算是質素中上,店內環境舒適,食物質素也不錯,服務殷勤,所以每晚都座無虛席,生意很好。店家主打新派上海菜,經常創作多款新派菜色。店內裝修以啡色和紅色為主調,紅色及白色吊燈使餐廳突顯家的氣氛,配上懷舊的餐具,別具格調。其中用了不少中式鏤空屏風作為裝飾及間隔,裝潢帶有中國色彩。中間大廳多是四至六人的方桌和卡座,靠牆的位置則是數張大圓檯。地方比想像中要大得多,不過枱與枱之間的距離較窄,感覺有點迫挾。 看看餐牌,基本上常見的上海菜款色都齊全,例如燻魚、烤麩、雲吞雞、樟茶鴨等等,亦有不少素食菜色,而當中麵及飯類選擇也不少,至於點心類如小籠包、紅油炒手、蔥油餅及窩貼等都不缺。 價格方面算得上大眾化,大多菜色都只是數十元起,像一般點心都只是五十元左右,麵食也只是五十多元有交易。店家還有非常經濟的午市客飯套餐,共有二十一款,而價錢均一為HK$55,除主菜配白飯外更附送老火湯和前菜一小碟呢! 店內裝修以啡色和紅色為主調,紅色及白色吊燈使餐廳突顯家的氣氛 用了不少中式鏤空屏風作為裝飾及間隔,裝潢帶有中國色彩

南瓜白雪 HK$75 ~ 改了一個脫俗的名字,其實就是平日吃的滬式名菜賽螃蟹。一般賽螃蟹的傳統材料只有蛋白作主道,而這裡再加入南瓜及青豆粒來點綴,炒出來的蛋白色澤仍是潔白無瑕,表面泛著一層薄薄的油光,賣相看起來比平日的賽螃蟹色澤更豐富。蛋白入口軟棉嫩滑,混和附來的浙醋,配上清爽的南瓜粒吃起來十分對味
