唐宮既大名就聽得多啦,唐宮小聚係香港都開左一段日子今次就同同事去左尖沙咀分店食晚飯佢既門面同普通茶樓好大分別,感覺好young好新派而佢都係要收茶錢同加一,佢廚房係開放式令人感覺好新奇,想睇下師父究竟係到做咩~個日我地叫左幾樣野,不過上菜速度好似有啲慢佢個碗都好有特色,有幾隻螞蟻 (我覺得係因為好食到吸引佢地黎食埋一份)頭盤叫左陳釀醉蟹,首先啲酒香味好重,而且啲膏係超多同好香濃差不多cover曬成個蟹身,一人一件都夠食不過唔似平時食開既蟹膏金黃色,因為熟蟹關係都變左淡黃色白玉黃鴿,好抵食,每個人只限一隻仲有堂食先有優惠價但佢係啱啱新鮮炸出黎,個皮好香脆而肉好嫩,調味調得剛剛好,不過似乎就有啲細隻脆蝦雲吞,齊菜煎餃我比較鍾意炸雲吞,因為佢入面係有芝士同蝦芝士味濃加上蝦既爽口,感覺係好match,一啖一粒但我唔鍾意煎餃,因為陣草味太多,唔係個個頂得順叫左松露香菇同黑金流沙,好surprise!因為同平常酒樓既太唔同,食得出真手工做 而且奶黃流沙好香既咸蛋味,另外,松露味都好出,唔會比香菇搶左個包亦都好鬆軟,性價比好高!!最後,唔多飽叫左松露鮑飯有一隻似係素鮑既鮑魚係上面不過呢個飯太濕,我唔

有一隻似係素鮑既鮑魚係上面
不過呢個飯太濕,我唔多鍾意
整體食物太細份啦,定價都有啲高
不過可以嘗試到一啲新派既中菜都抵食既
而且每樣要用工具食既都準備好曬,好似手套、剪刀、放骨桶等等,好細心
環境都好好,可以比大家有一個愉快既聚會~
