To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛好去左柴灣探朋友,因為我話想得街坊啲 但又想坐得都舒服 跟住佢就帶我去商場來到一間好多人在排隊既麗香園冰室~~~~睇睇menu 佢地有中式小菜 西式鐵板 一般茶記既食物 因為我地唔想食扒 最尾就叫左啲小菜share~~韮黃叉燒炒滑蛋:韮黃配蛋一起炒香,蛋炒到好嫩滑,加上叉燒增添了多重的口感。沙薑雞:雞肉嫩滑無比,亦非常厚肉,雞味香濃,而加上沙薑汁令其更加美味。蜜桃中式牛柳:牛柳肉質嫩滑,有用上黑椒醃得入味,增添點點辣味,配上蜜桃,令原有的中式牛柳的酸甜味道上增添了一層香濃的蜜桃果香味。最後我仲叫左杯蜜糖爆珠特飲 呃 啲珠珠好有咬口 但有啲偏甜 ..頂唔順太甜既 一定要叫佢少甜呀!
