To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🥧歎世界燒賣拼盤一籠有6種口味各1粒，有冬蔭功泰辣、黑蒜帶子、芝士墨魚、黑松露珍香、泡菜蒜辣、俄式羅宋，六粒都係創意味道之前都未試過，自己最鍾意冬陰功泰辣，咬落去爆汁，有啲冬陰功湯汁出嚟少少辣辣地酸酸哋，俄式羅宋都好爆汁一咬開真係好似飲緊羅宋湯咁，另外黑蒜帶子反而食落甜甜地幾得意🦀蒸蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃（3隻）一上枱見到咁多三文魚子喺面頭就覺得正，點知咬落去中間真係食到有蟹粉味嘅蝦肉🍚鳳爪排骨飯鳳爪排骨飯嘅飯，粒粒分明唔會蒸到濕晒，另外排骨嘅份量非常多有好多粒，鳳爪亦都好入味，整體個飯真係做得好好🐟蒸酸菜魚鳳眼餃4隻（辣）面頭有一舊魚肉，幾鮮味，真係有酸菜魚嘅味道，但係有酸酸地少少辣🥥炸龍芋酥唔係度度有食得到嘅炸芋頭酥，但係呢個個樣比較特別四四方方一咬開面頭脆卜卜嘅皮，入邊充滿咸嘅芋頭蓉，中間仲包咗一啲菇同叉燒，鍾意食芋頭嘅真係要試吓🥠翡翠響鈴腸粉本身一聽個名都知係綠色為主，我諗個腸皮皮應該係用蔬菜汁打成，中間包住咗紫菜響鈴非常特別，識落嘅口感有少少似炸兩，但係又好香嘅豆腐味道🍴嚟呢間飲茶比起佢酒樓好嘅地方係職員比較多，所以好能夠照顧你需要，唔會好似喺酒樓咁嗌極都冇人嚟斟水或者比辣椒油你🙈📍
